About Us

The Venue at 1525, is one of Lexington's newest event venues, only a few minutes’ drive from downtown Lexington. This space is unique with an open floor plan and space to create the most memorable celebration or event ever imagined. 


Every great party starts with a great vision, and The Venue gives you just that. The Venue provides the perfect environment for events of all types. Ideal for meetings, receptions, parties, and professional events. Creating a formal and informal experience for your hosting and entertainment needs.

Rental Rate

  

Rentals are Sunday-Saturday with rates starting at $650 events vary, so please inquire for a quote. Day-time rates are quoted on a per-event basis, give us a call or drop us a line to discuss!


All rates include the use of the parking lot, catering kitchen and large room, plus the below items:

12 round tables, 5ft (white)

120 chairs (white)

5 banquet tables (wood)


Additional time may be added, on a whole hour basis at an additional cost but must be confirmed in advance. Additional furniture may be available, please inquire for pricing.
